教練說手不夠粗,
三頭尤其要特別加強,
所以今天就好好練一下虛弱的手臂。
 
一開始先跳繩10分鐘熱身 

三頭:

 立姿向上伸展 (單手)

啞鈴側平舉

二頭彎舉 
                                            7.5 lb 
                                          12.5 lb

不知道是錯覺還是幻覺,
感覺這兩天手臂有變粗,
很開心但好像還是不夠XD
