Jimmy in the Gym

網誌好像停很久，
今天上來補貨。

It's been a long time I didn't
write done anything on my blog.
I think today is the time to do that.

自從買了慢跑鞋後，
進行了幾次的訓練，
這次寫的應該是第三次吧。
第二次純粹跑步，
是跟Victor一起跑到機場~總長10公里。
原本想拍照留念，
但是沒帶相機，
只好摸摸鼻子搭車回家。

After I bought the running shoes,
we had train for the marathon several times.
This time suppose to be the third time.
The second time is only for running,
I and Victor ran to the air-port,
the distance is 10 km.
We were thinking about take some pictures,
but we didn't bring camera.
The only thing we can do was take the bus home.

這次跑步主要成員有Victor、Harry跟我，

出發前在宿舍前面熱身，
他們兩個還搞怪的拍了張有趣的照片。

We were doing some worm up befre we set up.
And these two guys tooked a funny picture.



這次我們跑的路線與之前不同，
地圖上隨便挑個公園出發，
沒想到卻因此發現世外桃源，
如果跟大家說這是布拉格市中心，
離舊城廣場不到二十分鐘車程，
我想沒什麼人會相信吧。

This time we run a different track,
randomly pick a park and go.
Thank for this we found a xanadu.
If we tell the others this is at the
center of Prague,it takes less than 20
mins to get here by car from old town square.
I think no body is going to trust me.






一開始帶著耳機、聽音樂跑，
這是我第一次嘗試這麼做。 原本以為這樣或許比較不會累，
但是十分鐘後，
來到我的倦怠週期，
發現耳多裡的噪音，
會讓身體不自覺得跟著擺動...
後來還是決定把耳機拔下來，
聽大自然的音樂比較好。


At the beginnig I wear my head phone,
listen to the music.
This is my first time running with music.
I think maybe in this case I won't feel tired.
But after 10 mins I felt tired and unconfertable.
My body was following the tempo and moving.
It's very trobulesem then I decide to take it off.
Listen to the music from the nature.





我很幸運，
能在像艾莉絲夢遊仙境的場景裡漫步，
與公園裡騎單車、溜直排輪、草地上野餐的人們，
一起在這裡享受大自然之美，
感覺真的很特別，
特別的好、
特別的美、
特別的棒。


I am very lucky that I can enjoy my running in
a place like Alice's dream.
Enjoy the beauty of nature with those people
who was riding a bike,who was roller skating,
who had a picnic on the grass.
The feeling is very special.
Especially good, Especially beautiful, Especially awsome.

不知道下次還會不會發現這麼漂亮的地方，
真想每次練跑都發現新的世外桃源，
在人間天堂裡自由自在的漫步。


I don't know next time we will find some
beautiful place like this one.
I hope, I wish we can make it at every new journey.
Running in the humen's heaven.
